Yoga: A blend of mat and standing poses make up this class designed
for anyone interested in increasing self awareness. Yoga Stretch/Relaxation: The name says it all. Done completely on the
mat, the series of stretches are connected by breathing exercises
and periods of total relaxation.

Tai Chi: This class will introduce you to the unique
Tai Chi blend of balance, relaxation, and mental concentration. All
movements and positions are taught at the beginner through advanced
levels.
