Yoga: A blend of mat and standing poses make up this class designed for anyone interested in increasing self awareness.
Yoga Stretch/Relaxation: The name says it all. Done completely on the mat, the series of stretches are connected by breathing exercises and periods of total relaxation.

TAI CHI

~fluid movement~

Tai Chi: This class will introduce you to the unique Tai Chi blend of balance, relaxation, and mental concentration. All movements and positions are taught at the beginner through advanced levels.

This class addresses specific concerns of older adults by combining the practices of Yoga and Tai Chi. Benefits of this class include; improved balance, coordination, articulation of hands and feet, breath control, flexibility, mental clarity, increased freedom of movement and RELAXATION.
